Bayli is one of this generation’s most liberating and redefining voices in contemporary music. Since she was 16 years old, Bayli has gone from scribbling on pages to commanding stages and working alongside the likes of Justin Tranter, The Heavy, D.R.A.M., Daytrip, and Rick Rubin. Bayli’s forward-thinking approach to songwriting as well as her genre defying style, effervescent swagger, and undeniable charisma have garnered her the praise of The New York Times, Rolling Stone, Complex, and The FADER.
With a voice that’s impossible to ignore and a penchant for substantive, inclusive and empowering songwriting, Bayli is everything we need and deserve from a 21st century artist. “I’m all about liberating fans and empowering my community by evoking a sense of togetherness. It’s that sense of inclusivity that inspires and allows me to express my emotions through my music in their most raw and genuine form.” – Bayli
Born and raised in Brooklyn NY, Bayli has never been one to hold back on expressing her views and emotions, unabashedly incorporating her perspectives and values into her music with confidence, charisma, and style. Blending fierce melodic hooks with a punk rock attitude and a hands on DIY approach, Bayli is not only a top tier songwriter, but an outstanding performer who has a rare and unique presence; a stand-out talent. From Rock to Pop, R&B, Hip-Hop and Soul, Bayli has always possessed a diverse musical pallet, which contributed to the early success of her band, The Skins who Rick Rubin signed to American/ Republic Records in 2016. After spending the subsequent two years cutting their teeth on the road with the likes of Albert Hammond Jr. and Jake Bugg, Bayli continued refining and honing her subversive and disruptive style into a singular, vision which is now represented in her work as a solo artist.
